Managing the Cognise platform
In Cognise there are currently two levels of Admin.
System Admin - full access
Creator - full except, cannot access Config.
System Admin
The level has full access to the system as well as Config. It should really only be granted to people who manage the entire system.
In Config they can manage:
Company Setup
Branding
Admins
Authors
Venues
Custom Fields
Email Disclaimers
Member Upload
Add Ons: SSO, Microsoft Azure AD
System Admins can do everything in Cognise. Create learning, groups, add people.
Creator Admin
This is similar to the System Admin role except they do not see, or access Config. They can do all else including create learning, add members, add groups, and manage catalogs.
