How Admins can manage sessions and enrolments
Managing Sessions
An admin navigates to the Event page and selects Manage Sessions from the Summary panel.
From there they can:
Select a Date or Session Filter
Select a Session
Add a New Session
Session Overview
Once an admin selects a session they can:
Edit the session details
Enrol people into the session
View Session Stats
View Individual Registrations
Enrolments
To view an session enrolment click on the registration. From there the admin can:
Mark attendance
Reschedule to another available session
Remove the session enrolment - if the session is in future, this action will automatically send an email cancelling the person
