How Admins can manage sessions and enrolments

Managing Sessions

An admin navigates to the Event page and selects Manage Sessions from the Summary panel.

From there they can:

  • Select a Date or Session Filter

  • Select a Session

  • Add a New Session

Session Overview

Once an admin selects a session they can:

  • Edit the session details

  • Enrol people into the session

  • View Session Stats

  • View Individual Registrations

Enrolments

To view an session enrolment click on the registration. From there the admin can:

  • Mark attendance

  • Reschedule to another available session

  • Remove the session enrolment - if the session is in future, this action will automatically send an email cancelling the person
