Company Disclaimers
Email message disclaimers are added to outgoing messages directly from Microsoft Exchange.
Often, a person might accept, or decline a session registration and that triggers an empty email along with a disclaimer. It can clutter the messaging hub.
System Admins in Config, add in a Name and Content of each email disclaimer so essentially automated empty email replies do not clutter the inbox.
Backend smarts are used to filter out empty email replies which the content is only a company disclaimer (like shown on the right).
These cover most scenarios. They do not cover automated email replies where someone states they are away as that adds content to the message body.
