Company Disclaimers

Email message disclaimers are added to outgoing messages directly from Microsoft Exchange.

Often, a person might accept, or decline a session registration and that triggers an empty email along with a disclaimer. It can clutter the messaging hub.

  • System Admins in Config, add in a Name and Content of each email disclaimer so essentially automated empty email replies do not clutter the inbox.

  • Backend smarts are used to filter out empty email replies which the content is only a company disclaimer (like shown on the right).

  • These cover most scenarios. They do not cover automated email replies where someone states they are away as that adds content to the message body.
