Products alone do not drive user adoption.
Digital driven learning requires planning and clear thinking about how the technology will be introduced, when, to who, and answering 'why' digital learning is important.
Any organisation adopting Cognise should follow our organisation adoption guidelines (separate document supplied on request by customers).
This outlines all the steps required as well as environmental and technology readiness. Learning & Development and IT staff need to work together to ensure Cognise is introduced in the right manner. This includes any whitelisting and testing.
System Admins
Access to the Company Setup is via Cognise System Admins only. In the Config they can work through various screens to set up Cognise in conjunction with our adoption guidelines and checklists.
IT
Often organisations need more advanced features offered with Cognise including SSO and Azure AD Sync. The role of IT is covered in our adoption guidelines.
